If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I have bought and sold properties multiple times and have never had such an awful experience with a Realty group. The notary they chose was negligent and cost us time and money because they neglected to give me information I needed when asked and contradicted themselves when stating laws and our paperwork was dated wrong. Ms Fleur and Mr Hoetemer could care less and even stated that it if the deal didn't go through on their terms that the seller was going to lose 10,000 dollars. A made up number so they could get their commission as soon as possible. Mr Hoetemer even stated " you know you can't sue" if this doesn't happen on this date..as if we were in the deal to sue people and not to buy a home. We ended up losing time from work and more than five thousands dollars so they could get what they wanted and we were left with no choice..so that the sellers would not lose some random amount of money based on currency exchange. I hope to never see or hear from this Realty group again. They made what was meant to be a dream of buying an home on an Island we fell in love with to a total nightmare. But at least the seller didn't lose "10,000 dollars" and the Realty got their commission when they wanted it.
Anne Fleur was our agent and she was absolutely wonderful throughout our entire process! I really couldn't recommend her more! She provided vital insight throughout our journey, which was complicated as we were moving from another country entirely.
