Great Local real Estate company to deal with. They helped me through all the steps of purchasing my first home in Curacao! Highly recommend working with them. Having said that, realizing you are on an island is very important and things do not go the same way as in Europe or North America. Taking this into consideration, I am happy with choosing New Winds Realty as my realtor in Curacao.
Disclaimer: can only speak for my experience. While the sales staff is delightful. NW itself has failed repeatedly to meet contractual obligations they set. They have no regard for the cost, stress and hardships they cause. They mislead and bully continuously. Would not recommend to anyone
Was happy at first. But when we asked if our place at Punta Azul would be ready March of 23 and told it was we moved to Curcao. We were ghosted in March and then told by summer. It’s now January and still no apartment. Both Ivo and Robert have been unable or to explain why. It’s very disappointing as we have had to rent another place for 9 months.
